I got a wonderful, pleasant surprise this weekend! I gave this quilt to my friend Sherry a while back when her hubby was in Iraq for too long. I did not enter a quilt into Quilt Fest this year, but Sherry entered this quilt. See that? There is a Judges Recognition ribbon pinned to it! The judge had some nice comments. Of course, my edges aren't straight and my bindings are limp. That does not diminish my joy.Saturday, September 26, 2009
Surprise!
